Full-Stack C# / .NET Software Developer
Sprocket Sports is a fast-growing technology company based in Chicago and a national leader in the youth sports space. They are seeking a Full-Stack Software Developer to build functionality for their youth sports club management platform, working closely with product managers and UX specialists to enhance the software applications.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with product managers and other developers to define future product direction
Architect the database and code structure to deliver functionality in a manner that will be scalable and with high performance
Develop code adhering to the specifications, user stories and tickets for both web and mobile applications
Interface with 3rd party vendors to define and develop integrations to other platforms
Leverage AI to gain efficiencies in code creation and unit testing
Test, troubleshoot, debug and maintain new product features to ensure functionality is delivered without defects
Monitor platform traffic and make adjustments as necessary to ensure good application performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science or related field
5+ years professional experience in software development
Proficiency in programming languages & frameworks such as C#, Angular, .NET Core and SQL
Experience with agile development methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to analytically defend design decisions and take feedback without ego
Strong attention to detail and accountability
