CyberCoders is seeking a Senior Plumbing Project Manager to oversee current and future mechanical plumbing projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing plumbing projects from start to finish, particularly in vertical building projects.

Responsibilities

Manage current and future plumbing projects
Complete Mechanical Plumbing Projects from start to finish
Demonstrate and uphold core values, including integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth

Qualification

Plumbing project managementHydronic piping systemsEstimating softwareMicrosoft OfficeCustomer serviceVerbal communicationWritten communicationOrganizational skillsTeamworkIntegrity

Required

10 or more years of related project management experience with a Plumbing/Mechanical contractor
Strong knowledge of Plumbing and Hydronic Piping systems used in large scale high-rise, multi-family, and/or commercial projects
Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines
Commitment to providing responsive, top-tier customer service
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and efficient
Ability to travel up to 25%
Computer proficiency, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite
Demonstrate and uphold Power Design's core values, including integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth

Preferred

Vertical building project strongly preferred
Experience with: Oracle and Accubid or other estimating software preferred
Experience with remote project management with only occasional visits to job site preferred
