Loyalty Management Senior Manager

Responsibilities
Lead sales activities and go to market efforts for our loyalty management offering
Lead implementation engagement for loyalty management in various industries including travel/hospitality, food/bev, cpg, retail
Assess engagement performance, risks, issues, and impact on solution and service delivery commitments
Monitor and control the quality management process and manage expectations
Conduct milestone reviews and manage process performance
Monitor all issues affecting the team, project, or program and potential risks
Manage program/project's financial, resource strategy, and contingency
Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery
Build and maintain high-performance teams
Support all-sales activities including leading sales calls and proposal development
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience supporting Loyalty Management/Consumer clients and/or the Consumer Industry
6+ years of experience implementing loyalty solutions
10+ years of progressive experience in project management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle Cloud/CRM engagements
A minimum of 4 years of experience in Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS)
A minimum of 4 years' experience in Cloud Computing project implementation
A minimum of 10 years of experience leading teams
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team
Strong customer orientation and ability to build client relationships
Passion for using innovative technologies to positively impact business
Consulting experience with medium to large consulting firms
Experience managing multi-shore projects
