They are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Technical Program Manager to oversee data center build projects in the Northern Virginia region, leading cross-functional teams through all phases of project delivery while ensuring high standards of safety and security.

Responsibilities
Oversee data center build projects in the Northern Virginia region
Lead cross-functional and technical teams from conceptual design feasibility through requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment
Manage capital budgets
Eliminate non-value-add activity
Design solutions
Remove blockers
Find creative ways to accelerate project delivery
Facilitate technical whiteboard sessions to troubleshoot project implementation issues
Stand up cross-functional teams
Establish trust with a variety of stakeholders across multiple time zones
Apply a variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle
Exhibit demonstrated experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking
Work through ambiguity, competing priorities, and be capable of understanding mechanical/electrical engineering concepts
Manage data center infrastructure deployments as a plus
Qualification
Required
3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds
Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software)
5+ years of experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
Preferred
Experience with data center builds, especially in a colocation context
