Responsibilities
Lead installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of PCS, Lithium Battery Systems, and BESS/RESS solutions
Conduct functional tests, performance monitoring, and system diagnostics
Ensure project milestones are completed in line with company standards and customer expectations
Participate in call center support for technical troubleshooting and remote diagnostics
Collaborate with the Help Desk team to resolve advanced technical cases
Act as the technical escalation point for complex issues
Serve as the primary technical contact for customers during field operations
Provide detailed explanations of system performance and troubleshooting steps
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service delivery
Prepare technical reports, including diagnostics, repair logs, and commissioning records
Ensure accurate completion of service records, inspection forms, and checklists
Conduct technical training sessions for customers, service partners, and internal teams
Actively contribute to the development of training materials and technical procedures for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Support the continuous improvement of training content by integrating field experiences and lessons learned
Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards and safety policies
Conduct on-site safety inspections and maintain proper tool and equipment handling procedures
Qualification
Required
Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Mechatronics, or related technical fields
Professional skills in BESS/PCS/RESS installation, maintenance, and commissioning
Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in field service related to BESS/PCS/RESS systems
Proven experience leading commissioning and maintenance projects on C&I and Utility Scale systems
Strong knowledge of PCS, BESS, and RESS technologies, including grid compliance
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control schematics
Familiarity with SCADA systems, EMS (Energy Management Systems), and monitoring platforms
Excellent communication skills for delivering training and technical explanations
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to manage complex technical challenges
Adaptability to changing project environments and deadlines
Preferred
Experience in training delivery and procedure development is highly desirable
