Responsibilities

Drive new business through proactive outreach, prospecting, and relationship-building
Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of accounts
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling services
Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance metrics
Analyze sales data and pipeline activity to forecast performance
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests
Ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues while maintaining strong client satisfaction
Communicate service updates, operational changes, and follow ups to customers
Build long term partnerships focused on trust, responsiveness, and value
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer activity, and service outcomes
Collaborate with operations, customer service, and leadership teams to align goals
Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and internal workflows
Research industry trends and best practices to improve client communication and service delivery
Balance company guidelines with customer needs when making decisions
Provide support to operational and customer service teams as needed
Perform other related responsibilities as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Proven experience in business-to-business sales
Experience managing client relationships in a service-based or commercial environment
Strong understanding of sales strategies, pipeline management, and forecasting
Exceptional customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to handle and resolve conflict professionally and decisively
Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable
