Responsibilities

Provide on-site support for the installation, integration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of c-UAS systems

Conduct system testing, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure optimal performance

Deliver comprehensive training to end-users and operators on the proper use and maintenance of c-UAS equipment

Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve complex technical issues and facilitate continuous improvement of cUAS systems

Stay current with the latest advancements in c-UAS technology and best practices

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, security, and operational protocols

Required

Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience

Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience

In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience

3+ years of hands-on experience with c-UAS technologies or similar defense/security systems

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members

Ability to travel extensively, including potential deployment to remote or hostile environments

Proficiency with diagnostic tools and test equipment

Familiarity with military standards and technical documentation

Ability to assist in the development of test cases to properly validate software features

Preferred

Holder of a Department of Defense Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one) required

Experience with related technologies such as radar systems, electronic warfare, or surveillance systems

Two (2) or more years of experience troubleshooting technical and/or software products required

Appropriate technology industry certifications such as CompTIA's A+/Network+/Security+/Server+, Cisco CCNA/CCDA, Microsoft MTA/MCSA, etc. strongly preferred

Experience as a Department of Defense Instructor/Evaluator strongly preferred
