Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers through virtual meetings, phone calls, and email communication
Determine customer needs and provide them with appropriate insurance policies
Prepare products information for potential customers
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product offerings, and regulations
Attend virtual training sessions and meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Active insurance license in the state(s) in which you will be selling policies or willingness to obtain one
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
