They are seeking a Project Manager to be the primary point of contact for clients and oversee project timelines, profitability, and quality control on high-end residential lighting and shading projects.

Responsibilities
Primary Point of Contact: Client, In-House Staff, Other Trades, GC, Architect, Rep
Scope of Work: Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed
Project Timeline/Scheduling: Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources
Project Profitability: Keep actual hours at/below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors
Work Orders: Issue to team, coordinate with third parties
Quality Control: Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations
Plan sets/Blueprints: Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team
Change Orders: Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute
Environment: Work on construction sites with situational awareness
Qualification
Required
Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in AV/LV or Residential Electrical
Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final)
A steady work history (3yrs between hops)
A pleasant disposition
High EQ
Preferred
Experience with Lutron Lighting Control (RA3/QSX) and Motorized Shades
