Responsibilities

Lead forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and funding of annual multi-million dollar residential new construction capital budget for the Texas Region
Provide leadership, supervision, and coaching to a team of analysts with emphasis on high employee engagement, storytelling, critical analysis, and connection to strategic priorities
Drive real-time visibility into capital projects and forecasts in partnership with regional construction and business development partners
Assist in the development of annual capital budget with respect to network expansion. Done in partnership with business development and construction partners to achieve regional strategic growth priorities
Conduct IRR analysis and business case evaluations for network expansion proposals and provide recommendations to senior leadership for action
Manage the Texas Region network expansion monthly scorecard KPIs for invoicing, construction labor codes, and construction operations
Monitor capital project performance and ensure alignment with financial targets and strategic objectives
Manage the Texas Region turnkey/bid process including bid financial analysis, bid review committees, and bid project reconciliation
Ensures compliance with processes, policies and procedures and recommends changes to leadership
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in capital planning and reporting
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
