Community Administrator

Responsibilities

Manage and respond to communications from residents, including emails and phone calls
Assist in the preparation and dissemination of community information, newsletters, and updates
Maintain organized files and databases pertaining to community records and homeowner details
Coordinate requests for maintenance and service while communicating with contractors
Support the Community Manager with administrative tasks, scheduling, and report preparation
Help plan and facilitate community events and resident meetings
