Responsibilities

Guide annual planning for partner incentives aligned to Microsoft’s strategic direction and commercial priorities
Maintain governance and accountability for a multi-billion dollar incentive envelope, ensuring transparency and compliance
Ensure partner utilisation and compliance with incentive programmes to maximise impact and drive partner success
Design and optimise incentive frameworks that drive partner performance, profitability, and customer outcomes
Champion innovation in incentive design by leveraging data, AI, and automation to enhance partner experience and operational efficiency
Lead cross-functional engagement with Finance, Marketing, Engineering, and Field Sales to ensure seamless execution and governance
Represent Microsoft externally with partners and industry stakeholders, articulating the vision and value of our incentive strategy
Manage and develop a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and impact

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field OR equivalent experience
10+ years experience in Near Term Strategy (2 years out), Management Consulting, Sales, or Finance
5+ years people management experience

Preferred

Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 12+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, sales leadership, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field AND 14+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, sales leadership, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience with an emphasis on large scope projects partnering with senior leadership OR equivalent experience
