Responsibilities

Act as the manager and leader of a team of network professionals administering the network of the organization, including supervising operations, setting priorities and problem resolution
Serve as network subject matter expert and actively assist teams in designing and deploying secure business solutions for medium to highly complex problems
Ensure proactive monitoring, analysis, and alerting of network and telecom resources for availability and capacity to ensure rapid resolution of issues
Act as a collaboration and escalation point within IT and Elevate for network related issues
Perform additional duties as assigned

Required

3+ years leading a technical team in a hybrid work environment
3+ years supporting an Azure network environment
5+ years supporting an Enterprise network environment
Strong experience with network monitoring tools including cloud based offerings
Experience with supporting Firewalls, Load Balancers, and Wireless Network infrastructure
Experience with Network Routing
Experience with Network Security Best Practices
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to work and communicate effectively in a remote team environment

Preferred

Coding/Scripting (Terraform preferred)
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area
