Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web platforms
Help manage and update website content using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress)
Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot
Conduct keyword research and assist with SEO optimization efforts
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging digital assets
Research industry trends and competitor activity to inform digital strategy
Help maintain marketing automation workflows and customer segmentation
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to enhance digital engagement
Designing social media graphics and campaign visuals
Creating event branding and templates
Editing photos and preparing assets for marketing use
Supporting internal communication design initiatives

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Google Analytics)
Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of branding: Familiarity with brand guidelines, logo design, color theory, and typography
Attention to detail: Clean layouts, consistent formatting, and strong visual hierarchy
Experience with design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus for motion graphics or video editing skills
Other skills: Collaboration, communication, ability to take feedback, knowledge of print vs. digital specs, and ability to manage multiple projects
Portfolio link: Behance, Dribbble, or personal site showcasing branding projects, social media graphics, email headers, or campaign work
Relevant coursework or projects: Include examples that demonstrate creativity and technical skill
