Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design, implement, and refine commercial auto risk management solutions
Integrate go-to-market strategies to effectively position solutions, enhance visibility, and drive long-term growth
Monitor the commercial auto market, key industry participants, emerging technologies, and client expectations
Evaluate the viability of potential products and solutions based on market trends and technological advancements
Analyze market data, competitor pricing, and client willingness to pay to support pricing decisions for new and existing solutions
Assess the impact of pricing strategies on revenue goals and strategic objectives, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability
Engage in sales efforts to grow the commercial auto business within the current client base and broader risk management initiatives
Position GB’s auto capabilities to retain clients, expand market share, and drive revenue growth
Develop marketing strategies that clearly communicate the value proposition of GB’s offerings to key stakeholders and align with market needs
Qualification
Required
Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience
Preferred
Auto Insurance claims knowledge
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication abilities (both verbal and written)
Analytical capabilities to interpret complex data
Program management experience
