Responsibilities

Formulating Commodity and Site Strategy development to generate alignment and identify investment opportunities across Operations
Development of long-term investment plans for critical capabilities
Support of Make/Buy & Make-Where analyses and Pursuit & Capture efforts
Implementation of process standardization and business rhythm across the team

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a technical engineering, operations, or business discipline with 5+ years of experience in relevant fields
Demonstrated proficiency with change management and/or project management methodologies
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization including senior and executive leadership
Experience in technical problem solving within Operations
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance

Preferred

Experience with strategy development, execution, and change management within Operations, Manufacturing, and/or Supply Chain
Broad knowledge of Operations responsibilities and processes for aircraft development, production, and sustainment
Strong interest in developing and exercising a leadership skillset
Self-motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced aircraft development and production environment
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Active Secret Security Clearance
