Business Development Contractor (Luxury/Affinity/Corporate)
Iconic Adventures is seeking a skilled Business Development Contractor to expand strategic partnerships with corporate, alumni, affinity, and sustainability-focused organizations. The role involves acquiring partners, coordinating account transitions to Operations, and enhancing donor engagement and experiential program capabilities.

Responsibilities
Build and manage a pipeline across corporate incentives, alumni/affinity, donor/impact, and luxury networks
Lead outreach, discovery, solutioning, and proposals that align with client goals and Iconic’s margin targets
Nurture C-suite and stakeholder relationships; negotiate terms and secure signed SOWs
Collaborate with our operations team to set programs up for flawless delivery
Track goals and report outcomes
Qualification
Required
5+ years in partnerships/group sales/business development in experiential travel, luxury hospitality, or corporate incentives
A record of closing high-value partnerships with one or more of: HR/people teams, alumni associations, member clubs, foundations, lifestyle brands
Strong prospecting and presentation skills; clear, concise writing; confident executive presence
Working knowledge of trip economics and duty of care
