Responsibilities

Serve as a role model within the organization, providing guidance and mentorship to team members, and leading technical discussions to drive innovation and best practices

Design and implement automation solutions to streamline payer website interactions, eligibility verification, claims processing, and payments

Design and oversee the architecture of automation systems, ensuring they align with business objectives and integrate seamlessly with existing technologies

Lead complex automation projects from conception to completion, including defining project scope, developing project plans, and managing resources and timelines

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, product to ensure alignment and successful implementation of automation initiatives

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance system performance and reliability

Required

Over 5 years of professional experience in automation engineering, with a focus on designing and implementing large-scale automation systems

Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex technical challenges

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
