Responsibilities

Support and potentially lead operational efforts throughout the development cycle

Set up, configure, and manage AWS resources including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, EKS/Kubernetes, and related services

Manage CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) baseline management

Maintain compliance and security controls across systems

Monitor operations and implement improvements to processes

Provide change management documentation

Collaborate with Agile teams using Scrum and Kanban methodologies

Support government programs in NIPR environments (SIPR experience a plus)

Active Secret clearance, able to obtain TS

8570 Level II Compliance (Security + or equivalent certification)

Midlevel experience with AWS, including provisioning and managing cloud resources

Experience with commercial or private cloud service providers

Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (CloudFormation, Terraform)

Experience deploying and maintaining highly available, faulttolerant AWS systems

Familiarity with Linux (Redhat or CentOS preferred)

Working understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with monitoring, incident response, and Atlassian Jira/Confluence

Experience with change management documentation

Experience installing and maintaining government programs in SIPR and NIPR environments

5 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline, OR High School Diploma or equivalent with 9 years of relevant experience
