Responsibilities

Gather, document, and refine product requirements in Jira, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business stakeholder priorities
Work closely with Scrum teams to create and prioritize backlog items, ensuring features meet acceptance criteria and are ready for production
Implement delivery & Go-to-Market: Operate in an Agile environment to develop phased delivery and go-to-market plans with partners, supporting rapid benefit enablement and management
Lead workstreams with cross-functional partners (strategy, product, design, technology, finance, controls, operations, marketing) to prioritize delivery and innovation roadmaps
Maintain deep knowledge of user experience insights and customer journeys, leveraging data analysis to anticipate trends and continuously refine the product backlog
Manage stakeholder expectations through strong communication, effective partnerships, and clear status reporting
Collaborate with technology teams to support API integrations (2-legged and 3-legged authentication), back-end service enhancements, and data lake initiatives for partner benefit enrollment, management, and reporting

Required

3+ years of product management experience
Proficiency in Agile product development techniques and practices, including Jira and Confluence
Strong ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, data, and design stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment while taking individual responsibility
Experience working with APIs (RESTful, OAuth authentication) and back-end services, including data integration and management in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Data Lake)
Familiarity with digital customer journeys, partner integrations, and scalable benefit enablement processes
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

Preferred

Preferred product management experience in digital platforms or financial services
Experience with partner benefit platforms, loyalty programs, or cardmember rewards
Exposure to modernization initiatives
