They are seeking a Healthcare Operations Engineer 1 to analyze hospital management and operations for improvement opportunities, conduct operational analysis, and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
Analyzes all aspects of hospital management and operations for potential improvement opportunities
Conducts routine to moderate operational or financial analysis in the areas of process improvement, productivity standards development, performance monitoring, and resource allocation and scheduling
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Health Systems Engineering, Health Care Administration, Organizational Development, a health-related profession, or another related field
Proficient in the use and application of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Preferred
Previous experience in management engineering, industrial engineering, operations improvement, CQI activities, or health care consulting
Working knowledge of other microcomputer applications including Access database applications, HRMS, and other financial systems
Previous experience in working in a team-oriented environment
Demonstrated knowledge of computers and microcomputer applications
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
