Responsibilities
Inspect work-in-process products according to defined procedures
Document product non-conformities and communicate findings to the production team and QA Supervisor
Analyze non-conformance issues and perform root cause analysis
Assist in developing and improving quality processes
Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
Support quality data entry and generate reports as needed
Assist with product release documentation
Other Responsibilities, Initiatives And Ad-hoc Projects As Required
Collaborates with the production team, engineering department, and quality management
May interact with external auditors or regulatory bodies to support compliance efforts
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED equivalent to a high school diploma
Three years' experience in aerospace wire harness assembly, fabrication, production, aerospace manufacturing, or a similar field preferred
Working knowledge of quality assurance processes in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with ITAR Export Control compliance requirements
Familiarity with IPC 620
Familiarity with AS9100D
Manual dexterity and attention to detail
Technical skills in soldering, crimping, and testing equipment
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience with quality data entry and report generation
