Lead the Global Systems Administration team in delivering reliable, high-performing enterprise infrastructure and applications

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field

10+ years of IT experience, including managing global 24x7 environments

Proven expertise in Microsoft platforms: O365, Active Directory, Azure, SaaS, IaaS

Strong background in system monitoring, security, and backup technologies

Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience developing and enforcing IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks

Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure

Strong business acumen; able to translate technical concepts into business terms

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment

Willingness and ability to travel as needed
