Responsibilities
Design: Partner with internal teams to create packaging ideas to deliver to brands
Branding: Ensure the adherence of brand image and guidelines and consistent visual approach
Production: Understand key manufacturing constraints and provide solutions accordingly
Promotion: Understand consumer needs and identify opportunities to strengthen brand experience
Collaboration: Manage collaborative workflow with brands, sales and external production agencies
Innovation: Work closely with technical partners to land new innovations
Research: closely follow latest trends in consumer brands
Qualification
Required
High proficiency in CS Adobe Suit(AI,Photoshop) & 3D tools (such as sketching, retouching and bringing ideas to life)
An eye for detail, deliver finished works without errors
Strong communication skill
Photo shooting & Print media
Develop and design promotional materials such as beverage package designs, KV, ISP and POCM
Analyze Market & consumer trends
Proven project experience with an ability to meet deadlines
