Responsibilities

Advise private and institutional clients on the acquisition and disposition of retail investment properties nationwide

Leverage your existing client network to source exclusive listings and off-market opportunities

Structure, negotiate, and close transactions with support from our seasoned marketing, research, and transaction teams

Maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, comps, and capital markets to guide client strategy

Collaborate with senior leadership to grow market share and strengthen Hanley Investment Group’s national presence

Required
