They are seeking a high-performing Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst to work closely with the CFO and operating leaders to analyze financial performance, support planning and forecasting, and drive data-backed decisions.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and operational analyses
Analyze P&L drivers, margins, labor utilization, pricing, and cost structure
Support monthly close and variance analysis in partnership with accounting
Develop KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting (Excel-heavy; BI tools a plus)
Partner with operations and leadership to translate data into actionable insights
Support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and process improvements
Bring structure, rigor, and clarity to a growing organization
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and financial foundation (FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or operations analytics)
Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis
Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals (accruals, revenue, cost drivers)
High energy, strong work ethic, and desire to work hard and learn quickly
Comfortable operating in an evolving, hands-on environment with imperfect data
Clear communicator able to work effectively with non-finance partners
2–6+ years of relevant experience (level flexible based on capability)
Based in Chicago with availability for occasional onsite work in Michigan City, IN
Preferred
CPA not required
Experience with BI tools a plus
