Responsibilities

Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity
Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies
Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
4+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization
Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing
Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
3+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing and lean manufacturing principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
