Responsibilities

Oversee daily lab operations and ensure smooth workflow
Manage scheduling and resource allocation across shifts
Maintain equipment readiness and compliance with safety and quality standards
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand customer requirements
Engage with customers during visits, guide them through processes, and ensure exceptional service
Monitor KPIs, drive team performance, and implement process improvements

Qualification

Roofing testingLeadership experienceBachelor’s degree in scienceCommunication skillsProblem-solving skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in science or engineering (Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field)
Proven leadership experience managing technical teams
Knowledge of roofing and building materials testing methods
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Flexibility to adjust to shift changes and operational priorities

Preferred

Experience in customer-facing roles and business development
Familiarity with financial impact of operational decisions
