Responsibilities

Provide Service & Support: Travel to customer facilities across the U.S. to install, repair, maintain, and test facility equipment
Problem Solving: Diagnose issues, determine the right solutions, and communicate resolutions to the customer or Service Manager
System Start-Ups: Complete pump-outs and start up equipment after construction projects, ensuring everything runs seamlessly
Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with customers while keeping them informed about service progress and solutions
Adhere to Safety Standards: Follow all safety procedures and ensure incident reporting is timely and accurate
Expense Management: Submit accurate and timely expense reports in line with Preston Refrigeration's guidelines
Clean Driving Record: Maintain a clean driving record and be prepared to travel extensively across the continental U.S
Other Duties: Take on additional responsibilities as needed to keep projects moving forward and customers happy

Qualification

CIRO/CARO certificationsIndustrial refrigeration systemsElectrical components knowledgeProblem solvingEffective communication

Required

High school diploma or associate degree, or a combination of relevant experience and education
Ability to work well independently with limited supervision
Effective communication skills

Preferred

CIRO/CARO certifications
experience with industrial refrigeration systems
knowledge of electrical components
