Personal Account Manager
Hilb Group is a service-driven company that values career and professional development. They are seeking a motivated Personal Account Manager to manage personal lines clients, maintain and grow client relationships, and communicate effectively with insured clients.

Responsibilities
Manage book of personal lines clients providing service to maintain and grow the book
Be main conduit of communication to the insured and handle day-to-day correspondence with client (email, phone) for accounts
Use discretion and judgement to interpret policy language and communicate changes in coverage to the insured
Act as the relationship builder with the account
Participate as a Team member in a fast-paced, growing sales environment open to continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Must be licensed or willing to obtain license
Microsoft suite of products
Must be able multi-task while maintaining accuracy
Must be detailed oriented. Accuracy in this position is critical
Must have strong time management skills. Able to prioritize and meet deadlines
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
AMS360 experience a plus
