Responsibilities

Develop strong product intuition by interpreting and assessing customer problems, business needs, and opportunities and offering potential solutions with a moderate level of guidance and direction
Build world-class capabilities and products by creating a vision for the product, by maintaining the product roadmap, and by partnering closely with the dev and UX teams to execute the roadmap and deliver it efficiently. This includes serving as the customer voice for the engineering teams, prioritizing the product backlog based on customer and business value, and using metrics to monitor and measure progress
Demonstrate leadership by taking extreme ownership of both features and products, its performance and reliability, and delighting our clients with a positive experience
You will show that you can learn from your experiences, recover from setbacks, and effectively evangelize the product vision to colleagues
You will be a well-rounded API expert for our teams by staying on the cutting edge technology development. You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the API platform, aligning with overall business objectives and technical capabilities. You will also collaborate closely with engineering teams on API design, ensuring adherence to best practices, consistency, and optimal developer experience
Effectively collaborate and organize with other departments in teams within the organization ensuring projects and requirements are understood and committed across these teams. You will need to conduct regular follow ups to ensure all teams are on track and be prepared to pivot in case of unforeseen circumstances

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience
3+ years of Product Management experience
Experience in creating tax & accounting SaaS products strongly preferred
Experience delivering projects utilizing APIs, integrations with other products, or internal technical tools
Experience or knowledge in AI and Agentic AI systems
Proven high energy, highly collaborative approach working in cross-functional matrixed environments to drive product delivery and product outcomes
Experience or knowledge with Postman, Webhooks, software development
