Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and accessible front-end applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Own and drive complex front-end initiatives from conception through delivery, ensuring high quality and maintainability
Establish and evolve front-end architecture, patterns, and best practices
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Back-End Engineering to define and deliver user-centric features
Mentor Associate and Intermediate Engineers, fostering a culture of learning, technical excellence, and continuous improvement
Implement AI-powered and data-driven UI features to enhance usability and performance
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following modern front-end standards
Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive, actionable feedback
Stay current with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends
Leverage tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve development efficiency and code quality
Qualification
Required
