Talentsearchpro is seeking a Product Manager to act as the central point between customers and engineering teams, focusing on delivering AI-powered solutions. The role involves understanding customer needs, driving solution delivery, and maintaining alignment between customer expectations and platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

Partner with AI engineers and product teams
Leverage platform capabilities to develop solutions uniquely tailored to customer needs
Own customer engagement
Understand enterprise customer priorities and pain points, capturing feedback and translating insights into actionable product requirements
Drive solution delivery
Ensure timely execution of customer-specific solutions while providing inputs to platform engineering on recurring themes and required capabilities
Represent engineering to customers
Communicate platform capabilities, align solution scope with strategy, and showcase delivered solutions through demos and trainings
Ensure impact and alignment
Maintain alignment between customer expectations and platform roadmap while delivering measurable value for both the customer and the business

Required

Product Management at a Tier 1 VC-backed start-up: 3–5 years of experience delivering software products, preferably enterprise-facing
Enterprise Customer Experience: Hands-on experience working with enterprise clients and deeply understanding customer priorities and pain points
Cross-functional Collaboration: Directly interfaced with engineering, design, and other product teams to translate customer needs into solutions
AI/ML Knowledge: Strong familiarity with modern AI tools and ability to partner with AI engineers to deliver impactful solutions
Customer-Facing Skills: Strong communicator comfortable representing both the customer to engineering and engineering to the customer
Data Analysis & Feedback Translation: Ability to capture customer feedback, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable product requirements
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable understanding technical constraints and platform capabilities to scope solutions appropriately
Bachelor's Degree: Demonstrated academic track record
Willingness to Work On-site in Palo Alto: Full-time, in-person presence with flexibility to travel if required
