Install electrical systems, including outlets, light fixtures, and wiring, independently in modular homes
Maintain and repair electrical systems to ensure functionality and reliability
Troubleshoot electrical issues, diagnosing and resolving problems efficiently
Ensure compliance with electrical codes (e.g., NEC) and safety standards, including proper grounding and circuit protection
Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics to execute installations accurately
Perform routine maintenance on electrical tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance
Collaborate with production teams to meet project deadlines and quality requirements
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrician apprenticeship program or vocational training in electrical systems required
3–5 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in a manufacturing or construction setting
Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems
Strong knowledge of electrical codes (e.g., NEC) and safety practices
Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent required
Preferred
OSHA safety training is a plus
