Volarify is a nationally recognized leader in restoration, reconstruction, and disaster recovery. They are seeking an Account Manager to manage and expand a portfolio of commercial clients while developing new accounts within the greater Atlanta market.

Responsibilities

Grow and retain key accounts through consistent relationship management, communication, and trust-building
Identify and close new opportunities across multifamily, healthcare, education, and commercial property sectors. Multi-Family & Healthcare vertical the biggest focus
Partner closely with operations and project management to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with local goals and company strategy within existing accounts or new accounts that you attain and grow
Attend trade associations (BOMA, IFMA, IREM, Chamber events) and represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm
Track activity, pipeline, and forecasting in CRM; own your market and results

Required

3-5 years of experience in account management or sales
Ability to grow and retain key accounts through consistent relationship management, communication, and trust-building
Capability to identify and close new opportunities across multifamily, healthcare, education, and commercial property sectors
Experience partnering closely with operations and project management to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
Ability to develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with local goals and company strategy
Willingness to attend trade associations and represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm
Proficiency in tracking activity, pipeline, and forecasting in CRM
Ability to engage executive-level decision makers with credibility and confidence
Self-starter who thrives with clear goals and accountability
Financially motivated, with a record of exceeding KPIs or annual revenue targets
Coachable, responsive, and eager to grow with a performance-based organization

Preferred

B2B or service-based sales in restoration, construction, facilities, or environmental services
Experience managing a $1M+ territory or portfolio
Strong local network within the Atlanta commercial real estate or property management community a plus
Background in insurance or vendor relations (TPAs, adjusters, etc.) a bonus
