Responsibilities

Lead a team through the ideation, technical development and launch of innovative products for our consumer properties, including our website and mobile app
Manage and develop a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer focus
Influence senior stakeholders and build consensus on strategies and priorities, fostering a ‘test and learn’ approach to product management
Use a data-driven approach to drive product development; integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet user needs and drive revenue growth
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
Understand Reuters’ strategic and competitive position, stay abreast of industry trends, anticipate changes in the competitive landscape, and deliver products that are recognized as best in the industry
Manage multiple products and priorities, scale teams, and ensure that org is effective, healthy and set up for success by establishing clear and measurable goals

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, particularly in digital media publisher settings
Strong understanding of monetization strategies (both in direct-to-consumer subscriptions and advertising)
Experience leading product management through agile processes and methodologies
Experience with A/B testing and emerging AI technology and opportunities
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and research to inform product decisions
Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and ability to anticipate industry trends
Experience leveraging gen AI and large language models to solve user problems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing teams, including individual contributors and managers
Demonstrable experience in a product management setting, with a focus on consumer products in a digital media publisher setting
