Responsibilities

Lead the installation, commissioning, programming, and troubleshooting of Building Management Systems (BMS)
Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians and customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and solutions

Required

Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in field service engineering, specifically with Building Management Systems
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in BMS technologies and protocols
Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting BMS software and hardware
Experience with installation and commissioning of building automation systems
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in building automation
HVAC experience (required)

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Master's degree preferred
Knowledge of systems such as ComfortPoint AND Niagara, Honeywell EBI
Electrical experience/certification an advantage
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry advancements
Results-oriented approach and ability to drive projects to successful completion
