They are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support senior leadership in ensuring the region has the necessary talent resources and capabilities to meet goals while also handling day-to-day HR needs.

Responsibilities

Lead all talent and performance management processes

Lead at least one enterprise-level project to advance Ivy’s people and talent processes (e.g., onboarding, engagement, performance management)

Partner with leadership to provide counsel and support on both long-term strategic talent initiatives and short-term employee relations issues

Analyze and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures that result in continuous improvements across the network

Promote a caring, serving and growing culture in field operations, as measured by regional performance and teammate engagement

Serve as first point of contact for leaders and teammates

Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures

Coordinate with hiring managers in region to ensure successful onboarding of new teammates

Collaborate with regional leadership to help drive the annual teammate performance review process

Monitor local regulatory and legal developments to ensure compliance with federal and state labor regulations
