WireScreen is a fast-growing Series A startup focused on providing clarity in global supply chains and China-related risks. The Senior UX Designer will lead design projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape the design for the company's flagship product.

Software

Responsibilities

Lead design projects from discovery through delivery: user research, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and design QA
Collaborate daily with product managers and front-end engineers in New York
Shape and extend our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across features
Conduct user interviews and usability testing to inform product decisions
Turn complex data and workflows into intuitive, elegant experiences
Mentor and collaborate with teammates on design best practices

Qualification

UX/UI design experienceFigmaUser researchDesign system developmentVisual design skillsUsability testingMentoringCollaboration

Required

6+ years of professional UX/UI design experience including experience with at least one early-stage startup where you were the sole designer
Experience designing a complex system targeted at B2B/Prosumer/Expert users
Have shipped at least one project from discovery through to delivery
Excellent visual design skills
Experience working with data from a design perspective
High fluency in Figma

Preferred

Experience with platforms and challenges similar to WireScreen
8+ years of experience
