Responsibilities

Establish effective working relationships with sales channels and agency leadership to ensure that our products and services are implemented through sales enablement and marketing demand generation programs

Collaborate to create marketing strategies, launch collections, products, manage events and pr agencies

Execute online and offline marketing initiatives, articulating with Global teams and sales channels

Oversee our Public Relations agency to make sure all the product placements are aligned with the company’s objectives, vision and brand

Come up with creative ideas for product pitching and launches with the PR agency, as well as develop strategies and initiatives to positively impact the brand’s image

Execute Market week prep and manage US based photoshoots

Create and maintain an active editorial calendar

Develop relationships with key industry media contacts

Provide assistance on press releases, contributed articles, presentations, events, and conferences

Negotiate, manage and monitor results of all of our ad accounts-print, out-of-home, and online (this will be developed with the e-commerce team), as well as identify potential new media partners

Work closely with the executive leadership and global marketing team for strategic planning

Research and gain knowledge of the target audience

Create and maintain presentation decks with PR activities as well as clippings to be presented to the company’s executives

Manage freelance copy writer

International and domestic travel required

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Fashion Business, etc

5-7 years of professional marketing experience

Experience working closely with the sales team and executive leadership

Experience in the US market and competition

Budget and metrics management skills

Ability to craft integrated marketing strategies across all channels and touchpoints, including website, print communications, online communications, and direct mail

Professional experience in luxury fashion brands
