Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the Business Development Center (BDC) and sales teams to ensure sales goals and objectives are met or exceeded
Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer acquisition and retention
Train, mentor, and coach staff to enhance their performance and professional development
Monitor team and individual sales metrics, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and effective inventory management
Maintain strong relationships with customers to build loyalty and encourage repeat business
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Manage and lead a team of automotive sales professionals
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement

Required
