Sentara Health is looking to hire a Practice Manager III in Charlottesville, VA. The Practice Manager III will partner with clinical leadership to ensure efficient operations of clinics, overseeing staff and all operational aspects including customer service, budget, and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

Ensure the efficient and effective operations of one or more clinics/practices with 25 or more staff members and/or complexity operations score 3 for hospital or office-based specialties

Provide overall supervision of staff and oversight of all aspects of operations including customer service, budget, risk management, and compliance with organizational and ambulatory care policies, regulations, and standards of care

Accountable for personal monitoring and engaging team members and other resources to improve financial performance, quality, patient experience, and team member performance

Required

Bachelor's degree required

3 years of healthcare experience required

3 years of supervisory experience required

7 years' Practice Manager experience is acceptable in lieu of bachelor's degree

Masters preferred

Clinical experience and leadership experience in ambulatory care environment are preferred
