Enterprise Account Manager - Arkansas - Hybrid
SellCord is a fast-growing e-commerce company seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to oversee the growth and management of their enterprise level client accounts. The role involves ensuring client satisfaction, managing account operations, and collaborating with internal teams for successful product launches and strategic execution.
Marketing & Advertising
Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations for assigned accounts and act as the primary point of contact
Prepare and deliver performance updates, replenishment reports, and meeting recaps
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product launches and task execution
Coordinate with advertising managers to optimize client campaign performance
Monitor sales data and key performance indicators to identify trends and make recommendations
Maintain strong client relationships through timely and professional communication
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in enterprise level client facing roles; marketing or sales experience is a plus
Proficiency with G suite tools including Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Google Docs, and Slack; experience with project management tools is a plus
Solid written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
High emotional intelligence and ability to adapt to different client styles
Strong organizational and time management skills
