Retail Office Assistant
Rooms To Go is one of the largest and fastest growing furniture retailers in the US, and they are seeking a Retail Office Assistant to support sales associates, customers, and store management in their retail offices. The role involves processing payments, answering delivery questions, assisting with customer care, and performing various office duties as assigned.

Qualification
Required
Over one year of relevant experience preferred
Courteous and Patient with strong customer service orientation
Computer navigation skills, general computer knowledge, and MS Office understanding
Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
Open to applicants with or without a high school diploma/GED
A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more
A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S
