Responsibilities
Establish and apply test strategies, frameworks, and methodologies to boost software quality and efficiency
Build, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable automation frameworks for web and API testing
Embrace and champion development methodologies that prioritize software quality through rigorous testing practices
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
Conduct API, UI, mobile, and database testing to ensure end-to-end quality
Establish test metrics and benchmarks to measure software quality and process efficiency
Guide and mentor test engineers on automation guidelines and advanced testing techniques
Assess and deploy new testing technologies and tools to improve efficiency
Ensure scalability, performance, and security testing strategies align with business needs
Review and provide recommendations for improving test case coverage and defect prevention
Contribute to shift-left testing strategies and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Education: Bachelor's or equivalent experience in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum Experience: 5+ years in software testing with at least 3+ years in a QA architect role
Strong experience in test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc.)
Expertise in scripting/programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Deep understanding of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI)
Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner)
Experience with mobile testing using Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest
Experience with cloud-based and containerized environments (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
Proficiency in database testing using SQL queries
Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and shift-left testing methodologies
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred
Experience with AI/ML-based testing methods
Familiarity with security testing tools and standard methodologies
