Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in a customer service role
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel

Strong interpersonal communication skills
Proven leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate a team
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
General knowledge of customer support principles
