Responsibilities

Serve as the escalation point for client needs, resolving complex concerns with professionalism and urgency

Support contract negotiations and identify expansion opportunities within aerospace accounts

Ensure contracted services exceed client specifications and aerospace industry standards

Lead, coach, and develop service team members, site supervisors, and site managers across multiple locations

Drive employee performance through constructive feedback, training delivery, and progressive discipline when needed

Navigate employee relations issues with discretion, partnering with HR on complex situations

Build a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

Ensure appropriate staffing levels, skill mix, and deployment across your portfolio

Support and drive recruiting process: open requisitions, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and make selection recommendations

Oversee payroll accuracy and completion, review timesheets, and generate workforce analytics

Develop supply inventory metrics that inform budgets and contract discussions

Maintain compliance with aerospace facility requirements, safety protocols, and security clearances
