Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive reviews of evidence-based best practices in: Experiential learning methodologies, Undergraduate research programs, Internship effectiveness and outcomes, Career success metrics and pathways, Global engagement initiatives, Study abroad program evaluation, International student support services
Assist with research design, data collection, analysis, and academic writing
Participate in campus observation, collaboration, and outreach activities
Organize and maintain research databases and citation libraries
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Demonstrated academic writing capabilities
Ability to conduct systematic literature reviews
Competency in understanding and comparing statistics and datasets
Knowledge of APA citation style
Active involvement in community and/or campus activities
Preferred
Knowledge of or willingness to learn AI research platforms and statistical software, including: STATA, SPSS, R, Python, or similar platforms
