Campus Facilities Auditor

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough audits of all university buildings to verify square footage
Accurately count and document the number of fixtures in the bathrooms of each building
Identify and record the types of flooring materials used throughout the campus
Collaborate with the facilities management team to update and maintain accurate records of the campus facilities
Assist in identifying any maintenance or repair needs observed during audits
Utilize spreadsheets and Microsoft Office to organize and analyze data collected during audits
Communicate findings and recommendations to the appropriate departments for further action
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with university staff, faculty, and students
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Possess practical organizational skills, attention to detail, thoroughness, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with the facilities management team
Analytical skills and adaptability for various building environments
Professionalism and excellent customer service
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree with a preference for previous experience in building audits or related roles
