Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of insurance defense cases, from initial claim evaluation to final resolution

Conduct thorough legal and factual research, and develop effective defense strategies for clients

Draft various legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs to support defense strategies

Handle written discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare witnesses for these proceedings
